This homeowner reached out regarding an unfinished basement that was getting water through both the floor and walls. We were able to install our WaterGuard, which is a non-clogging sub-floor drainage system that will keep the basement dry. The rugged plastic is designed to catch any seepage through walls or floor leaks along the perimeter, which will never rust or deteriorate over time. Once water is captured into the sub-floor drainage system, it will flow down to our SuperSump pump system, which will then pump out and away from the home.

Our Quality 1st Basement Systems team addressed the problem efficiently. By installing our WaterGuard perimeter drainage system, SuperSump pump, and CleanSpace liner, we transformed their basement into a dry, usable space.
These are pictures of a typical city row home basement entry. The stairwells often flood because the drain is not big enough or not connected properly for an outlet. The water can now be easily managed by installing proper drainage and a large TrenchDrain.
