By attaching a line from the drain to the sump pump, this will prevent any type of flood, drain clog and installed flush to the sub-floor, making it a non tripping hazard. 

For this home, we were able to turn this damp, leaking basement wall into a dry, moisture-free space. We had a team go out to install our WaterGuard drainage system, which is designed to effectively resolve basement flooding issues. Our drainage system is made to capture vapor, moisture, and wall leakage from our CleanSpace Vapor Barrier, which then flows down into the sub-floor drain.
