The Team at Healthy Basement Systems from the System Design Specialist (Gabriel) to the Production Foreman (Richard) and Installation Specialists, even the Administrative Assistants (Linda), showed top notch customer service and in depth knowledge/expertise. We just moved into an older home in a major flood zone. Our crawl space was covered in mold, it was damp, and was poorly insulated. After Healthy Basement Systems- we're mold-free, fully insulated, and protected from moisture/flooding. I would recommend HBS in a heart beat. They really are experts in this field. They are up to date with the latest technology, and have the science to back their products/designs! Plus, they allow you to really build your own project and prioritize your needs, instead of pushing everything on you only to get you to spend more money. HBS does not come cheap but it is WORTH IT!

When we bought our house, the crawlspace with "ratslab" flooded when it rained. There was no moisture barrier and the wood beams had a little mold. It was dark and dirty. Our plumbing and electric were accessible but contractors would come up from there with muddy sandy shoes that damaged our wood floors. Now all that mess is sealed below a bright white waterproof barrier. We have LED lights now near our new pumps. The dehumidifier ensures we have no mold. Our coat closet is the access point for the crawl. Now our coats don't pick up any scent from down there. We are quite pleased with the product and service.      

I HIGHLY recommend HEALTHY BASEMENTS to give you a dry mold free living space. My basement leaked for years and was moldy and not habitable and smelled horrible do to water seeping in thru the wall and floor. Installed a basement dehumidification system (SaniDry) with Healthy Basement Systems. It was easy to get an inspection and estimate, and the actual installation was quick and professional. Their guy took a look around the rest of the basement and pointed out problems to watch out for, but didn't try to sell us immediately on any other work. Hopefully there will be no need, but we'd absolutely call on them if we need any more substantial basement work in the future.
