My brother and I consulted several vendors with detailed questions (in back-and-forth emails and phone calls), and no other organization felt as much like an honest, easy-to-work-with partner (vs. a vendor) as Healthy Basement Systems, particularly given the hands-on, top-quality communication of owner Rich and his team, including Kerry.  I waited until today to write this review because beyond the strong customer service, I am able to happily report now--after a few drenching rains--that our basement is now dry, and no water seeped in (or up from under the ground). This is the first time in recent years we can say that in our family's Commack home after a big rain. So the technical quality of their work is as solid as their communication/customer service and their commitment to making it right.

Normally when the high tide comes in I get 6"-8" of standing water in my crawl space, however, since Healthy Basements installed their products when I had a major high tide come in  my crawl space was virtually dry. Great Job Healthy Basements! Thanks

I plan to continue the rest of my crawl space. Healthy Basement Systems waterproofed my basement where I would normally expect 6-8 feet of water during high tide. Would definitely recommend!

The office was helpful and made my appt right away.  Ian Silvers the sales rep was top notch with his presentation and explained everything in full detail.  The foreman Deon Frisbie and his crew were excellent.  I couldn't of asked for a better experience.  The top two reasons I chose Healthy Basements was the professionalism and knowledge both Ian and Deon had.  Not only did the crew arrive on time they were early and cleaned up beautifully.   

Oh my god these guys are top notch, as new home owners it's very scary considering we had a mold problem. They came and inspected and give us an amazing price, we gave them the go and they had Us back up and running with in the day. Highly recommend

They are professional, courteous, and aim to please. I’ve had them install crawl space insulation, treat my crawl space for mold, and install a dehumidifier. I would recommend them without a doubt.
