A basement located in Stormville, NY was having minor water intrusion issues, and the homeowner was looking for a way to keep the water out. That is when the homeowner decided to contact our team here at The Basement Transformer. It was determined by our specialist that installing our SuperSump Premier Sump Pump System would be the most efficient solution to this problem. This system is designed specifically to keep the basement dry for extended periods of time, even if there is heavy water intrusion. It features a cast-iron Zoller 1/3 horsepower sump pump with the ability to discharge up to 2,220 gallons of water per hour at an 8-foot head out of your home. Our crew jackhammered a portion of the concrete floor to make room for our SuperSump to be installed in one corner of the basement. Once the job was done, this homeowner could experience peace of mind knowing water would make its way out of their basement. 

In Millbrook, NY, a homeowner needed us to insulate their basement walls and clean up their overall appearance. Our team used our Basement to Beautiful Insulated Wall Panels to solve this problem. These panels help homeowners save on heating costs and create a healthier & more comfortable environment in the basement. 

The Basement to Beautiful panels are designed with SilverGlo insulation. 

The SilverGlo is created using a special graphite infusion process that increases its capability to insulate a space by 24%. This system is made to attach directly to your walls using metal studs, creating two inches of uninterrupted insulation behind them. This helps the thermal blanket on your basement walls to remain completely uncompromised and avoids any transfer of heat to the original walls underneath. These panels are also made with inorganic materials, so mold and mildew are unable to grow on them. 

When our installation was complete, this homeowner knew they had a great system in place that would keep their basement insulated at all times. 

A crawl space located in Dover Plains, NY needed a brand-new support system installed to stabilize it. The floor joists above were compromised and the current supports that were in place could not sustain themselves for much longer on their own.
