Crownsville MD Egress Installations

This customer had a partially finished basement and was looking into installing an Egress in the unfinished portion of the basement. Not only was the customer looking to get an egress installed, she also requested underpinning for the Egress just to be preventative.

Our production crew came out and knocked this project out of the park, we installed 2 Egress windows with Rockwells WellDucts which would tie in to the the waterproofing system we installed( CleanSpace Vapor Barrier, Drytrak and a TripleSafe Sump Pump)and underpinned both egress windows as the customer requested.

This family was highly satisfied with the work done by our production crew and the children were happy they could finally move their bedrooms to the basement!

SuperSump Install in GlenArm MD

Water was getting into the basement through the customers window and just puddling on the floor, we corrected the issue by installing a Super Sump Pump, Waterguard and a Well Duct. The well duct installed will direct any water that gets in, down to the waterguard which then directs the water over to the Super Sump to get pumped out of the basement.

Humidity Control in Glen Arm MD

This was a partially finished basement that in the warmer months, would become very humid. Humidity can lead to condensation which can lead to mold. We came out and installed our SaniDry Upright XP Dehumidifier. This dehumidifier eliminates damp, musty odors by drying and filtering the air, all while being tucked away in the corner or closet of your basement.

Baldwin MD Basement Waterproofing

This Baldwin customer reached out to Basement Systems USA in need of basement waterproofing. The customer had multiple locations in the basement, where water would come through the block foundation whenever it rained. We sent our experienced inspector, Jeff Yentzer, out to the property to assess and come up with the best solution for correcting the water intrusion. The solution Jeff came up with was to install Waterguard and a CleanSpace along the problematic wall. The CleanSpace will direct any water intruding through the foundation, down to the Waterguard which will then direct the water over to our SuperSump Pump that we installed as well and will be pumped out of the basement and away from the house. We also installed a SaniDry XP that will keep humidity low and will tie into the sump pump, so not only will the SuperSump pump out the intruding water from the block walls, but will also dump out any moisture collected from the dehumidifier.

SumpPump Replacement in Jarretsville MD

Current sump pump had a cracked pit and was no longer working, we came out and upgraded them to a SuperSump pump and also installed a SaniDry dehumidifier to control the humidity in the basement.
