Home owners in Williamsville reached out to us to help finish their basement. This gorgeous 6000 sq.ft home had a large basement that was partially finished. The couple wanted to finish up the renovation by finishing the parts which were untouched. We added many different features into this basement to make it aesthetically pleasing and uniform, for example decorative molding, light blue wall paneling and beautiful oak flooring. 

Customer contacted Total Basement Finishing of Western New York for help with their unused basement. It had previously suffered water damage, and they were looking to have it completely redone. The basement had been waterproofed and they were ready for the next step. The customer was interested in dividing the space up into 3 seperate rooms: Bedroom, Living Area, Storage Area. This was Total Basement Job and our team did a wonderful job leaving the customer happy with their new home addition. 

In the summer of 2020 a homeowner in Williamsville, NY contacted us at TBF of WNY about helping them create a playroom for their grandchildren in their basement. They didn't want to finish the full basement, just to create a special space for the grandkids in their basement so they could all play together. Our Design Specialist Todd met with the homeowner and their spouse and went through different options for them; helping them eventually settle on finishing half the basement and adding a storage closet and egress window with it. There will be plenty of space for their grandchildren to play there. 

The egress window was installed in December, and our installation crew worked on the project over the winter. Our EverLast Walls and Thermal Dry Elite Plank Flooring created a kid-friendly room for the grandchildren to play in. We hope that this family can create many memories in their new basement space.
